Due to the custom nature of handmade items, all sales are final however if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please let me know within 14 days!

Earring Care//
-polymer clay earrings are resilient but can also be damaged
-do not directly spray perfume, hairspray or deodorant on your earrings
-while they are flexible, excessive bending can cause breakage, please do not toss earrings in your purse/bag; handle with care
-if your earrings get dirty, use a cotton swab with a little rubbing alcohol to clean
-leaving earrings in extreme heat can cause the glue to become weak so store in a cool dry area

Bracelet Care//
Be sure to roll the bracelet off and on to avoid too much stress on the elastic.

Sweatshirt Care//
Sweatshirts are made with vintage quilt pieces, some of which are very old so worn spots and frayed edges are completely normal :) Quilted Letters will get softer and more crinkly with each wash.
